Before Founding TA-Consult Heinz Geyer spent over three decades working with leading international financial institutions including Goldman Sachs, Bank Austria and Royal Bank of Scotland.
 

This experience provides clients with a practical understanding of how successful financial businesses identify, attract and retain high-performing professionals.

Temple Associates Consulting & Recruitment (TA Consult) was founded in 1996 with a simple belief: that long-term relationships and deep market knowledge deliver better results for clients and condidates.

Today, I work directly with organisations and senior professionals across the buy-side, sell-side and wealth management sectors, helping them build stronger teams and navigate career opportunities with confidence.
